Huntsman Architectural Group (San Francisco architecture firm) is expanding the ownership of the company, elevating current principal and vp Susan Williams to senior vp. Store Openings/New Projects:
ADD Inc. (South Kingston, R.I., architecture firm) has been commissioned by North Colony Realty to design The Village, a retail and office development near the University of Rhode Island. The 68-acre site will be arranged in a multi-building “main street” format, with 70,000 square feet of ground floor retail and office space above. A cinema and 334-unit residential complex will also be included. The project is scheduled for completion in 2003.
