MANAGEMENT CHANGES

MSA Planning and Design (San Francisco) announced the following new hires: Margot Criscitiello, senior designer; Curtis Miller, senior project manager; Scott Butcher, senior designer; and Christopher Preovolos, project architect.

MaxLite (West Caldwell, N.J.) appointed Ross Pearson as Pacific Northwest district sales manager in its commercial and industrial lighting division.

STORE OPENING

Forever 21 enters the French market with its first store in Paris at the Vélizy 2 shopping mall, southwest of Paris. The Los Angeles-based brand plans to open three more stores in France over the next 14 months, reports Women’s Wear Daily.

Specialty coffee and tea retailer The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will open its first Washington, D.C., location at the Washington Hilton, just off Connecticut Avenue, this month. The space was designed by San Francisco-based firm Gensler.

CiCi's Pizza (Coppell, Texas) announced growth plans to add 500 new restaurants by 2020. Progress in 2011 included 22 new restaurant openings representing a nearly 25 percent increase in new locations over the previous year.

Digital printing company EFI (Foster City, Calif.) marked its 20-year anniversary as a NASDAQ-listed company by ringing the opening bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square last week.

Frank Mayer and Associates Inc. (Grafton, Wis.) has introduced a new logo and an updated company website at www.frankmayer.com.

LaCrosse Footwear Inc. (Portland, Ore.) has chosen nParallel (Minneapolis) to create a new floor fixture and wall display system for its Danner brand.

InteliCoat Technologies (South Hadley, Mass.), a provider of coated paper, film and specialty substrates for digital imaging applications, has partnered with Exopack Advanced Coatings, a global specialist in contract coating, laminating and finishing flexible materials, to improve InteliCoat’s manufacturing capabilities.
