STORE OPENING

Forever 21 enters the French market with its first store in Paris at the Vélizy 2 shopping mall, southwest of Paris. The Los Angeles-based brand plans to open three more stores in France over the next 14 months, reports Women’s Wear Daily.

Specialty coffee and tea retailer The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will open its first Washington, D.C., location at the Washington Hilton, just off Connecticut Avenue, this month. The space was designed by San Francisco-based firm Gensler.

CiCi's Pizza (Coppell, Texas) announced growth plans to add 500 new restaurants by 2020. Progress in 2011 included 22 new restaurant openings representing a nearly 25 percent increase in new locations over the previous year.
