Fresh Thyme Opens Two Indy Stores

Organic grocer Fresh Thyme Farmers Market (Chicago) opened two new stores in Indianapolis yesterday.

The company hopes to double its Midwest footprint from five to 10 stores by year-end. Its long-term goal is to operate 48 stores within the next four years.
