From Cola to Cosmetics

Revlon Inc. (New York) has appointed David Kennedy executive vp and president, Revlon Intl., effective immediately.

In his new position, Kennedy will be responsible for the general management of Revlon's international business and will report directly to Jack Stahl, president and ceo, Revlon.

“We are delighted to welcome David to the Revlon family,” says Stahl. “He has an extensive background in growing international businesses, finance and business development and an excellent understanding and appreciation for the many functions and value drivers that make international markets successful. His experience and leadership qualities make him an ideal choice to lead and grow our international business.”

Kennedy spent over 20 years with Coca-Cola, working in increasingly senior positions. He was most recently managing director of Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd., headquartered in Sydney, Australia

Revlon is a worldwide cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and personal care products company. The company's brands include Revlon, Almay, Ultima, Charlie and Flex.
