Designer Dozen: We're looking for professionals age 35 and under making a difference in their firms with fresh ideas, innovative methods and get-it-done attitudes. If there's a rock star among your coworkers, supervisees or peers, nominate him or her – you can even nominate yourself. This program – now in its fourth year – has grown in recognition and influence, and it’s a great way to acknowledge and celebrate up-and-coming talent. Call for IRDC 2015 Speakers: It seems like we just wrapped up IRDC 2014, held in Miami Beach, Fla. last September, but we’re in full planning mode for IRDC 2015, slated for Sept. 9-11 in Austin, Texas.
