Indianapolis-based appliance and electronics leader hhgregg will open a new Chesapeake, Va., store by the end of the month. Located at 1543 Sams Circle, the 30,000-square-foot store is the 14th location for hhgregg in the state. Other locations include Midlothian, Henrico, Colonial Heights, Roanoke, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Winchester, Fredericksburg, Springfield, Sterling, Fairfax, Falls Church and Woodbridge.
“With the opening of our new Chesapeake store we continue to establish our presence in the state of Virginia,” says Jeff Pearson, vp, marketing.
The specialty retailer operates 169 stores in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
