Home Depot Names New Head of U.S. Stores

Home Depot Inc. (Atlanta) has announced that Ann-Marie Campbell is being promoted and will oversee the all of the company’s U.S. retail stores. Campbell is replacing Marc Powers who will be leaving the company Feb 1.

Campbell has been with the company for more than 30 years, working her way up from cashier to serving as president over its southern division. She is currently a deputy to Powers.

The change coincides with the company’s ambition to grow sales to $101 billion over the next three years without opening any new stores. It currently has annual sales of $88 billion, reports The Wall Street Journal.
