Hudson’s Bay Integrates Gilt in Stores

Hudson’s Bay Co. (Toronto) has announced how it plans to integrate Gilt, its latest acquisition, into its first Saks Off 5TH retail stores.

Gilt will be launched in the new Saks Off 5TH midtown Manhattan location, where it will be housed in its own, dedicated section of the store. There, customers will be able to shop curated products as well as browse additional online Gilt products from a comfortable seating area.

The company acquired flash sales website Gilt in January for $250 million. It anticipates that the deal should increase its sales for 2016 by $500 million, reports Fortune.
