Indochino to Launch Brick-and-Mortar Locations

International custom suit retailer Indochino (Vancouver, B.C.) has announced that it will begin its expansion into brick-and-mortar locations. The previously online-only retailer will launch 150 physical locations, which it will use as showrooms for its products.

The stores will allow customers to try on suits, choose fabrics and be measured for suits, which they can order. Products will then be picked up in the stores or delivered to the consumer.

Bloomberg Business reports that the startup has received $17 million in venture capital funding for its expansion, which will take place over the next five years. Sites will be selected in the U.K. and Asia.
