Kenneth Cole Productions Inc. (New York) reported a 5.3 percent increase in revenues for its fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2004.

Full-year revenues increased 10.2 percent.

Consumer direct revenues for the fourth quarter increased 3.9 percent despite a 5 percent same-store store sales decline. Full-year consumer direct revenues increased 10.5 percent and same-store sales were up 2.8 percent for the year.

“Our annual results are a testament to the overall strength of the company and demonstrate our ability to grow regardless of environmental circumstances or challenges in any one particular segment of the business,” said chairman and ceo Kenneth Cole. “We are also pleased with an improving spring performance across most of our businesses.”
