Harried travelers will appreciate Laptop Lane at O'Hare International Airport. Designed and owned by Seattle-based The Retail Group, the new concept allows business travelers to work in comfort and privacy. Laptop Lane offers enclosed offices with Internet access, fax machines and other conveniences you'd find in your office “back home.”

The tagline, “Peace, Quiet and a T-1 Line,” reflects the brand image of an inviting, at-your-fingertips experience. A concierge greets customers and hands them a magnetic key to the 6-by-6-foot offices. Warm colors and materials create a comfortable ambiance, while lighting and sound acoustics ensure privacy and peace in the otherwise chaotic airport.
