Juno Lighting Inc. (Des Plaines, Ill.) has announced the acquisition of Alfa Lighting Inc. (San Francisco), a manufacturer of low-voltage halogen lighting systems.

“This combination [of Alfa's low-voltage monorail, cable and pendant systems and Juno's existing Trac Master, Track 12 and Flex 12 product lines] allows Juno to market a complete line of low-voltage products in a high growth and profitable category,” said Juno ceo Tracy Bilbrough.
