Lord & Taylor Debuts New Spring Campaign

Lord & Taylor (New York) has debuted a new motif for its spring marketing campaigns. The “Free Spirit” rose is being rolled out into all of the chain’s in-store marketing, visual display and merchandising and will remain in place through Mother’s Day.  The rose is also being featured on a variety of women’s fashion and accessory items and gifts customers can purchase.

The rose motif is a nod to the retailer’s historic use of the “American Beauty” rose that was the theme for the store in 1946. The chain revived again for the 2008 season and now for 2016.

The variegated Free Spirit rose that was selected is meant to exemplify the retailer’s “new and adventurous spirit,” reports Women’s Wear Daily
