Macy’s Partners with Apple

Macy’s (Cincinnati) has partnered with Apple (Cupertino, Calif.) on a deal that will allow the department store chain to open an Apple store inside its 1 million-square-foot New York flagship store (located in Herald Square) as well as sell the Apple Watch within more than 180 of its stores in time for the holiday shopping season.

This partnership follows a series of other deals the retailer has entered with other brands including Starbucks (Seattle), Best Buy (Richfield, Minn.) and The Finish Line (Indianapolis) as a way to boost sales and traffic to its stores, reports Fortune.
