MaxLite® announces the appointment of Caroline Nagy to human resources manager. Nagy reports directly to Yon Sung, president and CEO of MaxLite.
“The strategic appointment of Caroline will drive forward our personnel agenda as we plan for continual growth and customer support,” said Sung. “With her impressive track record, Caroline will play a key role in maximizing MaxLite’s business performance through extensive HR initiatives.”
In this newly created position, Nagy will focus on building the MaxLite employee team through talent recruitment, engagement and retention across the company, in all functions and departments. She will oversee employee relations, orientation, onboarding, succession planning, diversity management, career training and development, compensation and benefits, and governmental and legal compliance.
Previously, Nagy served as interim director of talent acquisition and management for Novetta Solutions, and senior consultant, talent management for Hudson Global Resources. In addition she was recruitment manager for Antal International, which retains a Fortune 100 clientele that includes GE Lighting.
Nagy graduated from New York University with a Master of Arts in industrial and organizational psychology.
