Microsoft Opens Columbus, Ohio, Store

Microsoft (Redmond, Wash.) has opened its first store in Columbus, Ohio in Easton Town Center. The 2020-square-foot store will offer Microsoft’s full line of products, including phones, tablets and laptops. Products from other manufacturers will also be available.

The store offers a “community theater” meeting space that is available to the public. It also offers an Answer Desk, where customers can get guidance and information for all their software and hardware questions, even if they aren’t Microsoft products.

“We want to be the destination for everyone, regardless of where they bought their product,” said Store Manager Tim Thewes.

This is Microsoft’s third store in the state, with other locations in Cincinnati and Cleveland, reports Columbus Business First.
