Neiman Marcus Broadens Paid Parental Programs

Neiman Marcus Group (Dallas) has chosen to lengthen their paid relief program for associates that have recently become parents, according to a company press release. This means that any form of new parent, including foster care and adoption, are qualified for 16 paid weeks of leave.

The company’s Chief People and Belonging Officer says, “Our aim is to empower and prioritize our associates by offering them flexible, innovative policies to make their lives extraordinary.”

The 16 weeks of paid leave can become up to 24 paid weeks for mothers that have given birth, due to the previous requirements for maternity leave.
