Olive Garden Will Revamp More Than Half of its Fleet

As part of Olive Garden's (Orlando, Fla.) design approach to bring the inspiration of Italian Farmhouses, 400 of its 730 locations are planned to include new tables, chairs and booths created with rustic tones. Other updates include fresh window treatments, and new decor in the dinning room and bar area. Exterior updates are new paint, the installation of Cypress trees and a brick arch, and new front doors made from Tuscan-inspired stone.

The remodel has been executed in Texas locations.

In partnership between Darden Restaurants and Habitat for Humanity, Olive Garden will donate materials from the remodels to Habitat for Humanity ReStore resale outlets.
