PAVE Announces 2020 Bergmeyer Scholarship, Virtual Experience

The Planning and Visual Education Partnership (PAVE) is pleased to announce the launch of the 2020 Bergmeyer Scholarship & Virtual Experience. This scholarship recognizes and supports leadership potential in the Retail Design, Graphic Design and Architecture fields through a $1,500 award and an opportunity to take part in an immersive virtual learning experience with some of the industry’s top designers at Bergmeyer.  The deadline to apply Friday, January 15, 2021.

“Bergmeyer is proud to partner with PAVE to offer the sixth annual Bergmeyer Scholarship and Virtual Mentorship Experience in support of students pursuing future careers in the fields of Interior Design, Architecture, and Graphic Design. We look forward to celebrating the future leaders of the retail design industry through supporting PAVE’s mission of meaningfully connecting students, educators and design professionals,” said Rachel Zsembery, Vice President at Bergmeyer.

The PAVE Scholarship Program, now in its eleventh year, provides financial assistance to students in educational programs preparing them for careers in the retail environments industry, including but not limited to careers in retail design and planning, and visual merchandising industries. PAVE was developed to help ensure a future talent pool for the industry by eliminating barriers to studying in these fields. PAVE has awarded over $260,000 in financial grants and scholarships over the past eleven years to students.
