Peoples Choice

Oliver Peoples recently opened its third U.S. retail store on Manhattan's Madison Avenue and 66th Street. The fashionable eyewear retailer has already positioned itself in New York's SoHo and on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, but felt it needed an uptown presence, as well.

Venice, Calif.-based designer Ilan Dei created each of the three locations. The new shop is a minimalistic design with an entirely glass entryway, which gives a view of the whole space from outside.

Oliver Peoples designs and markets its own eyewear line plus collections from Paul Smith and the Elton John Limited Edition Spectacles.
