Retail Group Settles with Co-Founder Owens

The Retail Group (Seattle) has announced settlement of a lawsuit filed by co-founder and former president J'Amy Owens and a counter suit the firm filed against Owens. Owens was dismissed by the retail strategy and design agency in August 2001.

“We are pleased that all legal and practical issues are now settled amicably and efficiently,” said Cristopher Gunter, the retail design firm's managing principal and co-founder, and ceo Gene Silverberg, in a joint statement. “We are focused on moving forward.”
