Retail's New North Star

Polaris Fashion Place, soon to be the largest mall in the Columbus, Ohio, region, has announced it will cut the ribbon and open its doors on October 25.

Four of the seven anchor stores – Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Kaufmann's and The Great Indoors – are new to the central Ohio area. The other anchors will be Lazarus, Sears and J.C. Penney. The 1.5 million-square-foot, two-level mall will have 150 retail tenants.
