Ross Dress for Less Opens Kansas Store

Ross Dress for Less subsidiary Inland Western Lawrence has signed a lease with Retail Properties of America Inc. (Oak Brook, Ill.) to occupy a 22,000-square-foot location at Pine Ridge Plaza, in Lawrence, Kan.

Ross Dress for Less, which originated in California in 1982, is an off-price apparel and home fashion chain in the U.S. with more than 1000 locations in 30 states.

The 236,492-square-foot Pine Ridge Plaza is anchored by Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx and Bed Bath & Beyond.
