Sarah Jessica Parker’s newest flagship store has opened in New York. The new SJP Collection shoe boutique is in West Village, at the corner of Bleecker and Perry. It replaces a store on 54th Street that was shuttered last summer.
As reported previously, the latest locale is down the block from the apartment that Parker’s character occupied in Sex and the City. She currently stars in And Just Like That, a sequel to the “Sex” series.
As seen in posts about the new store on Parker’s company’s Instagram account, the pink interior features ’70s-inspired decor, vintage light fixtures and plush carpeting.
Created by Parker and longtime friend/designer Eric Hughes, the boutique is filled with SJP shoe styles, all handmade in Italy, as well as such accessories as fragrances, candles and travel bags.
In addition to the New York store, the SJP Collection has stores in Las Vegas; Edmonton, Canada; Dubai (2); and Qatar. SJP merchandise is also available at a variety of other retailers, including Bloomingdale’s, Browns and Estis, as well as online at Amazon and other sites.
