Macy's Steven Derwoed Promoted to Senior Vice President, Store Design and Merchandising

Steven Derwoed has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Store Design and Merchandising

His Promotion is effective immediately.

Steven joined Macy’s in 2011 as VP, Merchandising where he oversaw the design, planning and execution for all vendor shops nationwide.  Prior to Macy’s, Steven was a Principal with Callison Architects, where he lead the New York office in their retail practice including new business development, client management, design direction and delivery.  In January 2006, Steven founded RYA Design Consultancy’s New York office where he lead the firm in the development of the strategy and design for specialty retail stores and luxury department store environments
