Stordahl Retires from Neiman Marcus

Ann Stordahl, svp and general merchandise manager, Neiman Marcus (Dallas), is retiring from the department store chain, ending her 40-year career in retail.

Women’s Wear Daily reports that although news of her retirement comes after last week’s announcement of company layoffs, Stordahl’s retirement is not related. No replacement has been named.

Stordahl first joined the company in 1992 as vp and divisional merchandise manager of gifts and home decor. She has worked in her current position since 2010.
