Tandus Centiva Introduces Mixed Message

Dalton, GA (April 22, 2015) – Tandus Centiva, a Tarkett company, introduces the newest Jhane Barnes collection, Mixed Message, celebrating the evolution of modular flooring. Jhane Barnes had a vision to create a modular floor tile composed of multiple patterns with similar attributes, which could then be intermixed into unique designs for the floor space. This vision was realized when Tandus Centiva invested in some of the most sophisticated tufting equipment in the industry. This investment enabled Jhane to create a single product out of four distinctly different patterns. By using the same yarn colors in various combinations each design has not only a unique pattern, but also a unique color, allowing for a sophisticated and harmonious layout of tiles. Mixed Message is designed for an 18”x36” and 18”x18” tile with a 65-yard minimum and includes all four-tile patterns in a single box.

Mixed Message comes to life with Jhane’s software program SurfaceTiler. Using mathematical algorithms, the user can “auto-generate” a layout in seconds and send the simulation and installation diagram to any graphics program. SurfaceTiler can be downloaded free from Jhane’s website at jhanebarnes.com/stdownload.html. Please visit tandus-centiva.com/mixedmessageinspiration for more information.
