The Design Studio by Remington Homes

The Design Studio by Remington Homes lets visitors visualize what their custom-built home will look like by offering a range of full-scale room vignettes. The studio’s design, by Watt Intl. (Toronto), won first place in the manufacturer’s showroom category in the ISP/VM+SD International Store Design Competition.

The complex’s main “Inspiration Gallery” showcases four major housing styles – classic, contemporary, urban chic and country/casual – supplemented by 12-foot-high illuminated mesh graphics. There are also separate design vignette rooms for kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms. Flooring and other décor choices are displayed in spaces with a neutral palette, to make the materials being considered the visual focus for customers.
