The Most Toys Wins

The Toys “R” Us flagship store in New York's Times Square was proclaimed Store of the Year in the annual competition sponsored by the National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers (NASFM). The awards were announced in Chicago last week, during GlobalShop.

A mall kiosk for the Skinmarket, designed and built by Leggett & Platt (Niles, Ill.), was named fixture of the year.

Grand prize and Outstanding Merit awards were given in 17 separate retail categories. Full coverage of the NASFM award winners can be seen in the May and June 2002 issues of VM+SD.
