Vera Bradley Launches Bedding Collection

Handbag and accessories retailer Vera Bradley (Fort Wayne, Ind.) is launching a bedding collection.

The new collection of comforters, quilts, coverlets and pillows will be sold at a pop-up in the retailer’s New York flagship, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Bon-Ton stores, reports Women’s Wear Daily. As Vera Bradley’s 112 stores are too small for bed displays, customers will be able to use virtual reality goggles in Vera Bradley stores to see the bedding in 3-D room settings.

“Our business has always been heavily influenced by home. The brand actually started as a wallpaper-hanging business,” said Robert Wallstrom, ceo, Vera Bradley.
