VF Appoints New Brand Chief for Vans

VF Corporation (Denver) has named Kevin Bailey the Global Brand President for its Vans brand. He replaces Doug Palladini, who served in the role since 2016.

The appointment marks Bailey’s return to Vans after holding several leadership roles throughout his 17-year tenure at VF.

Bailey was Vice President of Retail for Vans when the brand was acquired by VF in 2004. He was later named President of the brand, a role he served in from 2009 to 2016. Under his leadership, Vans revenue more than doubled to $2.2 billion, the company said. Most recently, he served as the company’s President, Asia-Pacific Region and Emerging Brands.

Bailey will continue reporting to CEO Steve Rendle.
