Wilson Sporting Goods Continues Brick-and-Mortar Expansion

Wilson Sporting Goods (Chicago) has opened a new, more than 8000-square-foot store, in New York’s Upper East Side, according to a company press release.

The store includes an “Equipment Room” in which customers can rent products to test and try out before purchasing. If the product is purchased, the rental fee will be taken off the final price at checkout.

Beyond exclusive and professional sports products, the new store will boast in-store services such as ball glove personalization. A full-time racket stringing “maestro” will also be available as well as club fittings services and a golf simulator.
