Target Names New Chief Stores Officer

Target Corp. (Minneapolis) unveiled Janna Potts will replace Tina Tyler as chief stores officer for the company. Potts has also been promoted to executive vice president and will report to COO John Mulligan.

Potts previously worked as svp of human resources and was responsible for stores and distribution. She has held leadership positions with Target for 27 years.

Retailing Today reports Tyler, who filled the role of chief stores officer for five years, will be leaving the company effective January 8.
