Advance Auto Parts Taps New Cfo

Advance Auto Parts (Roanoke, Va.) announced that Thomas Okray will be its next cfo.

Okray was recently Amazon’s vice president of finance for 12 years, reports the Triangle Business Journal. Before that, he was cfo of General Motors’ global product development and purchasing and supply chain groups.

“Tom’s strong track record as a proven and respected leader within Fortune 100 companies like Amazon and General Motors, and his passion for success, make him the ideal person to lead our finance function,” said Tom Greco, the company’s president and ceo.
