AT&T (Dallas) has opened two new wireless services stores in high-profile locales in Manhattan: the Empire State Building and on 5th Avenue near Rockefeller Center. The Empire State Building store is located on the street level of the landmark property at 350 Fifth Ave. and 34th street, while the other outlet is at 5th Avenue and 48th Street.

“I'm happy to welcome AT&T as it opens the doors on its new Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center stores,” Manhattan Borough president Scott M. Stringer said in a news release. “Even in this challenging economic climate, New York remains a magnet for business opportunity and retail development.”

The new stores give AT&T a total of 29 sites in Manhattan.
