Paris, October 26, 2016—Brandimage, a leading global consultancy of brand equity architects and designers, is proud to announce that the Necker Children’s Hospital (part of the Public Assistance Parisian Hospitals — AP-HP, the largest hospital group in Europe) inaugurated on September 26th, 2016.
This new and unique space aims to ease the transition and the transfer of teenagers and young adult patients, – who were being cared for during the childhood or adolescence, for rare and chronic illnesses in the paediatric wards, into the adult wards. Brandimage designed the graphic territory as well as the interior design of this space, with the help of hospitalized teenagers themselves. The agency’s teams were particularly committed to imagine a space where teenagers will feel at ease and able to assert themselves. « La Suite » was born from these exchanges: an identity that inflates the space with energy, and translates the idea of a passageway, of a positive transition towards new projects.
We designed a dynamic territory of expression that combines vivid colours with a handwritten typography, spontaneous and direct. « La suite » is a friendly and welcoming space of 180 m2 that favours exchanges, and should allow a teen to experience his departure with serenity, in a concerted and prepared manner. With its shared and private areas, this space will welcome actions of information and support, of awareness, prevention and promotion of health for the teens and their families.
