buybuy Baby (Piscataway, N.J.) a former unit of the bankrupt Bed Bath & Beyond chain, will reopen 11 stores from Massachusetts to Maryland next month, with eventual plans to bring back even more, aNb Media reports. At its peak, the specialty baby and toddler products chain had nearly 140 stores.

“The future of buybuy Baby is bright, and our team is committed to ensuring that it remains the go-to destination for all parents, caregivers and families seeking thoughtfully designed and quality baby and child-focused products, and exceptional customer service,” said Pete Daleiden, CEO of buybuy Baby, which is now part of Dream on Me Industries, one of the brand’s longtime suppliers.

buybuyBaby sells baby and toddler essentials, as well as nursery furniture.
