A News of the Day item on the Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection filing by Chiasso Inc. (Chicago) that was posted on this site on Jan. 8, 2003, contained inaccurate information about president and ceo David Marshall's tenure with Bigsby & Kruthers Cos. Marshall left Bigsby & Kruthers in 1995, five years before it went out of business.
