Daniel Lalonde Resigns as Ralph Lauren Intl. Chief

Plans to remain in international luxury sector

Daniel Lalonde has announced his resignation as president of Ralph Lauren Intl. (New York) after just two years at the post, newly created in December 2011 for him.

Lalonde chose not to disclose what his next career move would be, but did tell Women’s Wear Daily that he is considering some openings in the international luxury sector.

In his last position before joining Ralph Lauren, he was president and ceo of Moët & Chandon (Paris). He had previously held a number of key management positions at Moët Hennessy • Louis Vuitton SA (Paris).
