Leggett & Platt makes promotions in its Target team; LIFT Discplay relocates; GRID2 designing addition for Kornmeyer's Furniture store

Management Changes:

Leggett & Platt Store Fixtures Group (Niles, Ill.) announced these promotions within its Target team: Melissa Kitzmiller, to account manager; and Vincent DiFatta, to project manager.

GBD Architects Inc. (Portland, Ore.) has named Kevin Johnson a principal.

Anthem Worldwide (New York strategic design company) has hired Amanda Coppola as a senior account manager and promoted Janice Jaworski to managing director.

Store Openings/Contracts:

GRID2 (New York retail design and architecture firm) has been hired by Kornmeyer's Furniture to help design an expansion and upgrade of its store in Baton Rouge, La. The project includes a 40,000-square-foot addition and a renovation of the existing 100,000 square feet of retail space.

nParallel (Minneapolis brand communication, merchandising strategy and display company) has designed a modular trade show display for Heidelberg Engineering (Dossenheim, Germany producer of scanning lasers for glaucoma management).

Vista Color Imaging (Cleveland digital imaging company) was named 2004 Imaging Innovator of the Year by Photographic Processing magazine and awarded the 2004-05 Business Excellence Award from Wide-Format Imaging magazine.
