Fast-fashion retailer Forever 21 (Los Angeles), which opened its first U.K. location in Birmingham in 2010, is trying to downsize the space, according to The Independent. The brand had experienced declining sales in its early months in the space, and is now working with its landlord to decrease the size of the Birmingham store.
