Garnet Hill Opens First Retail Store

Garnet Hill (Franconia, N.H.) has plans to open its first physical retail store. The store will be located in Bridgehampton on Long Island’s South Fork at 2424 Montauk Highway and will officially open next week.

The 1700-square-foot store will be an opportunity to test the concept for the company, which has otherwise operated exclusively as a direct catalog sales and online retailer. It will allow customers to experience the products first-hand and, according to Women’s Wear Daily, will be a way to reintroduce the brand to the design community. The store is being designed by Aesthetic Movement.

The company said that if this location performs well, it will look at opening additional markets.
