There’ll be no shortage of stimulating, insightful sessions at IRDC this year – and we can’t wait to hear author Doug Stephens’  kick-off keynote on the future of the retail store. And while his crystal ball might not be crystal clear, one thing is certain: The store of the future will be far different than the one that characterized the big-box era of retail. From staffing and store design to technology and marketing, each will change dramatically in the months and years ahead. It’s all about working smarter, eh?
