Lidl to Open 50 New U.S. Stores by 2021

German grocery retailer Lidl (Neckarsulm, Germany will open 50 new U.S. stores, creating 2000 new jobs, by 2021, reports WRAL.com. New stores will be located in Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Lidl, which opened its first U.S. stores in 2017, currently operates approximately 100 stores in this country.
