Marc Jacobs, who already operates five stores on a small stretch of New York’s Bleecker Street, plans to add another by February 2010. The planned lifestyle boutique will take over 400 Bleecker, which has housed the Biography Bookstore for 20 years.

In August, the designer is launching a Don’t Miss the Marc collection of t-shirts, multicolored leggings, boleros, foulards and capri denims. All the garments in the line cost under $100 and will be available in Marc by Marc Jacobs stores around the world.
