Marshall Retail Group Sold

Private equity firm Brentwood Associates ( Los Angeles) has acquired specialty retailer Marshall Retail Group (Las Vegas) for an undisclosed amount. With nearly $1 billion under management, Brentwood’s current portfolio includes footwear brand Allen Edmonds and women’s apparel and accessories direct marketers Soft Surroundings and Sundance.

Marshall Retail Group specializes in stores within casino-resort and gaming destinations as well as in airports. Marshall operates more than 150 locations across 10 states and Washington D.C., with more than 70 locations in Nevada and 24 in Atlantic City, N.J., according to Women’s Wear Daily.
