Nordstrom's California Expansion

Nordstrom Inc. (Seattle) has announced plans to build a new, expanded store at Westfield Shoppingtown Topanga (Canoga Park, Calif.). The new three-level, 200,000-square-foot store will be open in fall 2005, relocating the retailer to a site in the southeast corner of the mall, located in the West San Fernando Valley part of the Los Angeles area. Nordstrom will remain open in its current location until the new store is completed.
