Panda Express Enters Delaware Market

Panda Express (Rosemead, Calif.) is looking to expand and open its first locations in Delaware along with its new freestanding restaurant concept.

After tackling the Washington, D.C., and Maryland markets five years ago, Panda Express is now looking to open at least 10 standalone locations in Delaware to compete with freestanding quick-service restaurants like Chipotle, Panera and McDonald’s, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Panda Express operates 1650 stores in 46 states.
