Saks Fifth Avenue (New York) is launching an exclusive holiday capsule collection in partnership with Fendi (Rome) on Thursday. In conjunction with the launch, the retailer will debut six new window displays in its Manhattan store.
Each window will feature different elements from the collection as well as the two Fendirumi characters – cartoonish, costumed performers – as they interact with the different displays in its New York flagship on Thursday.
The Fendirumi will also make appearances at the retailer’s Beverly Hills flagship on Saturday, reports Women’s Wear Daily.
“Fendi has found such a fun and clever way to bring their iconic product to life – almost literally,” said Saks’ chief merchant, Tracy Margolies.
